InnoTrans is the leading international trade fair for transport technology in the world and will take place from 18 to 21 September 2018, in Berlin (Germany).<\/p>\n<p>TELICE\u2019s expertise and innovation have led to the development of the t-Cat\u00ae Workstation that will be presented at TELICE\u2019s stand on Innotrans. The t-Cat\u00ae Workstation that will be presented is a\u00a0<strong>NEW PROTOTYPE<\/strong>\u00a0developed and improved for TELICE thanks to several internal R&D projects during the last\u00a0<strong>TEN YEARS<\/strong>\u00a0and currently cofounded by the\u00a0<strong>HORIZON 2020 FRAMEWORK PROGRAMME OF THE EUROPEAN UNION.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>t-Cat\u00ae Workstation is an innovative system that represents a step forward in the area of catenary auscultation, equipped with electronics and sensors based on new technologies such as LIDAR, among others, is able to\u00a0<strong>PROVIDE RELIABLE AND REAL-TIME INFORMATION<\/strong>\u00a0to the user in the field and make it also accessible through a\u00a0<strong>CLOUD COLLABORATIVE PLATFORM<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Due to an optimal design and a perfect balance between usability, speed and precision, the t-Cat\u00ae Workstation has become an autonomous device capable of\u00a0<strong>AUTOMATICALLY LOCATE THE CONTACT WIRE<\/strong>\u00a0and provide the user with the following geometrical parameters:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Height and stagger of the contact wire.<\/li>\n<li>Track gauge<\/li>\n<li>Clearances<\/li>\n<li>Odometer readings<\/li>\n<li>Pictures<\/li>\n<li>Railtrack cant (crossing level) and scope (longitudinal level).<\/li>\n<li>Tunnel Profile<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>All those measures are saved in a DataBase and can be used to generate customized reports as per customers\u2019 requirements.<\/p>\n<p>The t-Cat\u00ae Workstation can ease the work in all kind of scenarios:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>In new electrification projects would be used to check the status of the catenary geometry on a regular basis, allowing ongoing corrections and reducing delay risks.<\/li>\n<li>In upgrade and renewal projects, t-Cat\u00ae Workstation plays a key role, because the installation can be checked easily every day before delivering it to the network.<\/li>\n<li>And, in maintenance operations would allow personnel in the field to identify, assess and solve some issues immediately.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Lastly, all people visiting TELICE\u2019s stand at InnoTrans 2018 could see at first-hand the t-Cat\u00ae Workstation and a live demonstration.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>D\u00e9sol\u00e9, cet article est seulement disponible en English et Espa\u00f1ol.
