Final Event. Horizon 2020 project
Last November 13th (2019) took place the first part of the Final Event programmed for the Horizon 2020 project. The aim of the project was to improve the technological and estructural design of the initial tCat prototype, as well as, build a network of stakeholders and design a market-oriented communication and promotion plan.
The event took place in the CRC Building (one of the ADIF facilities in León, Spain) and a dozen of representants from ADIF (Spanish national railway administrator) and INECO (relevant railway engineering company) attended the event.
During the event, the main results and achievements of the project were presented and analyzed for all the attendees. They also had the chance to analyze the reports generated by the tCat, as well as, the competitive advantages that the solution (tCat) could provide to the industry, from engineering companies and contractors railway administrators.
It is planned to hold a similar event in the UK during December 2019, where the conclusions, achievements and results of the project (and the product) will be presented to the key stakeholders in the British railway industry.

Between the 3rd and the 5th of December (2019) took place a series of meetings with railway administrators and coroporations in the British railway industry in order to present, in a local event, the achievements of the Horizon 2020 projects and analyze the implications of the commercialization of the tCat in the UK.
During this second part of the Final Event of the project participated reprsentants of Network Rail (infraestructure manager of the British railway network) and from PBH Group (engineering and surveying company specialized in OLE).
